The summer is here, and it brings a new menu at MASH in Denmark!
We've added several new starters, among them grilled carpaccio, dry-aged croquettes and fried cod, and the new menu also marks the return of one our classics, the beloved 1/2 lobster.
And while we've removed a few cuts from the menu (Australian wagyu and the Danish bone-in ribeye), we still have our kobe which has proved extremely popular. We've also added a new side, the heavenly MASH cream potatoes.
Those with a sweet tooth won't miss out on new dishes either. Two new desserts make their debut; berries with rasberry sorbet and cream, and strawberry panna cotta with strawberry sorbet.
There's also a few new after dinner cocktails that'll surely end the dinner in a perfect way. If you fancy the fresh cocktail, there's now a Rhubarb Crumble Sour, while the Grasshopper will take care of any mint-based cravings.
