We have previously created and run these brands in Copenhagen over a longer period of time. French bistro and wine heaven, Le Sommelier, first opened in 1997 and the Japanese fusion restaurant Umami opened in 2005. Both brands, including the catering concept UmamiGO, closed in 2017.
